Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: November 10, 2025

At mign, access is an act of care. We’re committed to a site that everyone can use—patients, clinicians, and partners alike. We design and improve mign.design with accessibility in mind and work toward compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our Commitment

We aim for an inclusive, perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experience across devices and assistive technologies.

What We Do

  • Use semantic HTML, labels, and ARIA landmarks to support screen readers.
  • Maintain contrast and legible typography aligned to WCAG AA.
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content and media when feasible.
  • Support keyboard navigation and logical focus order.
  • Audit templates and components regularly for accessibility improvements.

Known Areas for Improvement

Some legacy assets and third-party embeds may not fully meet WCAG. We’re reviewing and updating them on an ongoing basis.

Summary

We’re building a digital experience that welcomes everyone. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll work to fix it.
